HJLSA is a land surveying company that serves primarily New Haven, Fairfield, and Litchfield Counties. The owner, Jesse Judson, R.L.S., has over 20+ years of experience in land surveying. Jesse has extensive experience in all areas of land surveying, including but not limited to residential property stakeouts, subdivision designs, and complex commercial construction layouts. He was employed at Michael H. Horbal Land Surveyors & Planners for 22 years; after Michael Horbal's retirement, Jesse acquired the surveying records and equipment and formed Horbal & Judson Land Surveyors & Associates. It is with great honor and respect that Jesse intends to carry on the legacy of excellence, integrity, and professionalism that Mr. Horbal established in over 40 years of land surveying in the greater Naugatuck Valley area.
